WCSE 2023

Bathed in the bright summer sun in the scenery downtown of Singapore, we celebrate the opening of the 2023 13th International Conference on Computer Science and Engineering. With the full recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic, WCSE is successfully held in dual mode as an onsite and online event. Singapore witnessed the return of WCSE, that has been held around far-and-mid east Asian cities since its advent in 2011. Nowadays, WCSE has become a prominent event that draws attention from scholars around the sphere.We would like to give gratitude to scholars who have participated in the conference today and in the past time, the reviewers who helped select the high-quality papers that reflect the state-of-the-art research, the speakers who gave insightful information about the directions of development in computing science and technology. Special appreciation goes to the staff of organizing committee, whose effort brought WCSE onto stage.Since WCSE 2014, the conference proceedings have been indexed by Scopus and EI Compendex. WCSE will continue to thrive as a major platform for academic exchanges in Asia. Diversity has been consistently promoted by WCSE through these years. Scholars in various academic roles and culture backgrounds have participated in the conference and served as session chairs and/or program committees. WCSE will continue to grow.On behalf of the conference organization committee, I hope you enjoy the conference and the beautiful scenery along Singapore River. Have a great time in this garden city, and we hope to see you again in the coming years.
